Everyone is at risk of catching the flu.  That’s why Assemblymember Nancy Skinner is partnering with Walgreens, Contra Costa College, Richmond Main Street & Verde Elementary School to prevent the spread of flu in West Contra Costa County.

Why:

Every year in the United States 200,000 are hospitalized and 36,000 people die from the flu.  The single best way to prevent the seasonal flu is to get a vaccination.

Cost:

Flu shots will be FREE of charge to everyone.  However, if you do have insurance we ask that you bring your insurance card.  You will not be charged either way.

Must be at least 7 years old for flu vaccination. If under 18, consent form from parent needed.
