With all precincts having reported, it appears that it was a clean sweep for the E-FORUM endorsements. Gayle McLaughlin edged out Nat Bates for mayor with 40.43% of the vote compared to Bates’ 36.52% In the Council race, the top three winners were Corky Booze with 14.82%, Jim Rogers with 14.26% and Jovanka Beckles with 13.21%. Measure U was resoundingly defeated 57.51% to 42.49%. Measure V passed 77.63% to 22.64%.
