| Assessment Board Member Who Sold Out

Assessment Appeals Board Member Bob Brooks, who joined two of his colleagues in selling out Richmond and the rest of Contra Costa County to Chevron on a property tax appeal isn’t content to just hear appeals. He wants to run the whole operation -- a scary thought just in time for Halloween.
