I just found out today that Code Enforcement posts monthly activity reports, including before and after photos of typical success stories. I hope you don’t see a photo of your property. Access to the reports is obscure and not all are listed but can be found at http://ca-richmond.civicplus.com/index.aspx?NID=1819. This is really interesting stuff!
