Donna Graves, who as a consultant for the City of Richmond and the National Park Service over more than a decade, has provided services for many studies and features related to Rosie the Riveter WW II Home Front National Historical Park has been selected for the prestigious Loeb Fellowship at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
