On a 3-2 vote, the Richmond Planning Commission declined to recirculate the Chevron Energy and Hydrogen Renewal project EIR and instead directed staff to continue to develop the proposed conditions of approval and bring it back for a continued public hearing on June 5.

I was at another meeting and only saw the last few minutes of tonight’s Planning Commission meeting.
