Richmond's Ford Assembly Building Featured
in International Architectural Journal February 21, 2008 |
Richmond’s rehabilitated Ford Assembly Plant was featured in the February 2008 edition of The Architectural Review, “the world's only truly international architecture magazine.” Every month, The Architectural Review presents a wide-ranging vision of international design to architects and architectural students worldwide. It is a source of inspiration to thousands, providing subscribers with detailed and finely-illustrated reviews of architectural projects - from small to large, residential to commercial, all over the globe.
The article (Click Here) shows office spaces for Sun Power and Mountain Hardwear, which are almost complete, but the “piece de resistance” is coming soon when the Crane Way, Boiler Room and Oil House are done; the Crane Way will be available to rent for events, the Boiler Room will be a great brew pub/café/sports bar and the Oil House will make a terrific restaurant or office.
If you want to come by and take a look – Gary Fracchia will meet you there:
