Richmond Architecture Firm Wins Solar
Design Contract September 8, 2007 |
Interactive Resources, a Richmond architecture-engineering-planning firm, has been awarded a contract, following a competitive selection process, by the Berkeley Unified School District to provide architecture-engineering services for the design and construction of a 100 kW rooftop mounted solar photovoltaic installation at Washington School. The project will include replacement of the existing roof.
Click here for more information about Interactive Resources’ involvement with energy efficient design and alternative energy for over 30 years. Interactive Resources has provided engineering design for nearly 20 megawatts of solar photovoltaic installations on commercial and public buildings in the last two years. A megawatt is generally equivalent to the electrical use of about 700 homes in Northern California. |
