On Monday July 9, the Richmond Neighborhood Coordinating Council (RNCC) will host a panel discussion about the proposed reorganization of the City’s Planning Commission and closure of its Design Review Board. The RNCC has invited Councilmember Viramontes and representatives form the Planning Commission and Design Review Board to participate in the panel discussion. I have also been invited to participate.

The RNCC may take a position on the proposal and wants to be fully informed before taking action. Each panelist will have 5 minutes, and an additional 20 minutes will be available for questions from the floor.

The meeting starts at 7:00 PM in Conference Room 1 at 330 25^th Street, behind the Senior Center, Use the back door across from the back of the City Library.
