The Richmond Environmental Defense Fund is an organization that will enable you to put your political power and your money where your mouth is. All are invited to the Annual Meeting, especially those who may be interested in joining or participating in the coming year.

CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS of Board and members.
PRESENTATION: Community activist, Sherry Padgett will summarize current status of Campus Bay Residential Project (Zeneca) and report on work she has done in the community to fight the project. David Dolberg, vice chair of Trails for Richmond Action Committee (TRAC) will provide an update re Bay Trails and the plans for Terminal One (Formerly Petromark) for 300 condominiums in nine buildings and other planned developments along the shoreline. There will be a question and answer period after each presentation.
REDF HISTORY & CURRENT PROJECTS: Current Board members will review the Work Plan for 2003-04 and summarize progress made toward achieving goals in the Work Plan; a Draft of a Work Plan for 2004-05 will be presented.
TREASURER’S REPORT: Current fiscal status.
