A PBS national news program on inequitable school funding can be seen tonight at 6:00 PM on Channel 9 KQED. The piece discusses inequity of funding by the State of California and has interviews with Superintendent Johnston and Congressman Miller with extensive in-classroom content. It includes coverage of the march on Sacramento, the hunger strike and more, centered on North Richmond in some ways, but has interviews at Kennedy High School, etc. The portion specifically on WCCUSD will probably start about 6:30 PM.
