TOM BUTT YEAR-END REVIEW. I
would like to thank all of you who commented on the draft and added your
own selections. If you have any additional suggestions, please hold them
until next year. I am out of paper. I would also like to encourage my
City Council colleagues and the city manager to share their lists for
2002 with the community and me. To the extent that we may have overlaps,
they will form a good basis for setting public policy goals, objectives
